Ongoing Payments & Registrations

After the initial setup, any new practices can register through this page.
You will be invoiced retrospectively at the end of the current quarter.
2.
Practices that wish to de-register can do so via this form at any point, but there are no refunds for fees already paid.
3.
By the close of the second month each quarter, we will assemble the list of new and departing practices and issue an invoice for the upcoming quarter, including any additional fees accrued from step 1.
4.
Upon receipt of payment, we will extend platform access for the practices you have registered. Should you advance into a new fee tier during any quarter, the corresponding fee tier will be applied at the start of the following quarter.
